Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 5 - 7 business days after order verification and payment received.

We use flat-rate shipping of RM 8.00 for orders below RM 100. (Peninsular Malaysia), RM 13.00 for West Malaysia.Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 150 and above

Half shipping fees is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 100 to RM 150

All shipments are processed in our Singapore facility to both east and west Malaysia.

International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
